Campanile Chartres Hotel

Very comfortable and clean room with good toiletries. The nearby airport created noise during the day, a drawback.

Location: the hotel was very close to Reasonably Good Vale restaurant. The restaurant served a great selection of meals for breakfast.

generaly ok clean and comfortable, food adequate although menu limited good stopover hotel,beds very comfortable,bigger than usual..

The comfortable room featured helpful toiletries and a hospitality tray, making our overnight stay pleasant. The layout provided good privacy and ease of access, although the nearby small airport created some daytime noise.

The service was absolutely good.

The closeness to the autoroutes

The restaurant standards were not as good as those found at Campanile Chateauroux. The vegetable offered (haricot vert of course) was cold, the salad garnish was the mandatory lettuce leaf and one cherry tomato and my wife's pave steak was undercooked. The chef was inadequate for hi required work. By the way I am a retired chef and my wife is a qualified luxury hotel general manager and head chef. Ref Q below I would recommend but qualified depending on food standards being raised.

Couple looking for comfort

Really clean and tidy room! Enjoyed the good service and the breakfast was served in a nice area, nice orange juice, that's a plus!

Fairly clean and pleasant place, pleasant staff. Fairly quiet area, marvellous and handy location, near Reasonably Good Vale restaurant, the outskirts of the City and which is excellent. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Eure The Edges Park. Lots of food in the hotel, refurbished restaurant.

The rooms were a little dated and in need of renewal or renovation.

Really lekker comfy room, spacious bathroom, and the staff are just so helpful. I always ask for a ground floor, and they sorted me out, no problem! Parking was also a bonus, made my life so much easier. Skipped brekkie this time, but I've had it before, and it's solid!

Bit noisy from the airport nearby, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for me.

The staff was really friendly and helpfull and the location is good if you are by car otherwise it is quite far from the city centre and I didn't see any public transport in the neighbourhood

Breakfast was quite expensive for what they offered...

This hotel is easy to find and impresses with its clean, cute atmosphere. The staff are young and charming. The room had comfortable twin beds and, while the bathroom could use some sprucing up, it met our overnight needs perfectly. Great dinner and breakfast value too!

Clean, comfortable beds and good value in the restaurant. Staff very pleasant. Excellent stop over if you just need a bed and meal for the night

A soap dish in the shower would have been useful. As all rooms have large windows giving directly onto a common walk way, occupants can feel exposed unless they lower the rather claustrophobic blinds
